Welcome to the Fox Inn Ousby - Cumbria

The Fox Inn is at the social heart of the village of Ousby, reached off the A686 Penrith-Alston road after the turn-off between Langwathby and Melmerby. Dating from 1790, this splendid free house provides a special brand of hospitality that makes it a popular spot both with the locals and with visitors from further afield. Old Faithful, from the local Tirril Brewery, is among the favourite drinks served in the cheerful bar.

Our Chefs - India & Emma are passionate about the high standard of food they produce & together they create a tempting selection including delightful choice of homemade desserts including Marsbar Cheesecake.
